MAGIC

A MAGIC FLOWER, REALLY MAGIC, NATURALLY MAGIC. This is the blue fairy flower, and do you know why? Because in addition to releasing a rare blue in nature, it also changes color, turning from blue to violet. The transformation happens when adding some acidic element (lemon). Have you done your magic today? Watch the video to see how this happens.

THE LEGEND OF THE BLUE FAIRY

HIS NAME CHANGES BUT HIS CREATIVE MYTH IS CONSTANT. Legend has it that thousands of years ago, much of East Asia was covered by the Himmapan Forest, home to mythological creatures — whose images still adorn ancient temples. Such mystical creatures were hybrid beings and the forest occupied a plane between Heaven and Earth...

HOW TO PLANT

ITS CULTIVATION IS RELATIVELY SIMPLE. Can be done in soil or pot. It is a vine that can reach up to 4m in height and several meters on each side if it has something to support it. It can be conducted on wires, walls, fences, pergolas and vegetable brise (shading the house/window). If it has nowhere to stand, it behaves like a bush and reaches a height of about 90 cm. In autumn/winter its leaves turn yellow and fall. Survives all rainfall regimes, but does not withstand very strong frosts.

REVENUES

A FLOWER ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES. No wonder we like to use that phrase. The blue fairy can be used in several recipes. Blue bread, gin, purple lemonade, ice cream, ice cream, gelatin, tea, salad, sweets, rice, tapioca, soap, shampoo, tincture, syrup... Creativity is the limit. We love discovering new recipes with the blue fairy flower, if you have any send them to us. We are always posting news and recipes on our social networks. Follow us so you don't miss anything.

HOW TO USE

A SUPER INGREDIENT. The blue fairy flower has enormous potential as an ingredient for food and beverages, and can be used in recipes for infusions (hot and iced teas), drinks and colorful cocktails with or without alcohol, sweet and savory foods.
In addition, it can also be used in cosmetics, phytotherapy and is a fun tool to teach the chemistry of nature to children and adults.

FORMS OF USE. It can be used with fresh flowers, dried flowers, crushed, powdered and made into an infusion, syrup or tincture.

STUDIES

STUDIES ON THE BLUE FAIRY FLOWER. There are studies around the world and in Brazil on the properties and benefits of the blue fairy. Do these modern scientific studies prove what Ayurveda, Chinese medicine and Kinnari already indicated?
Soon we will publish the research we have been doing for years on these studies.

ACCORDING TO THE BOOK PANCS NO BRASIL*, the blue fairy flower is often used for ornamental purposes and for the preparation of various home remedies (for diabetes and liver protection) in several countries, including Brazil. Its flowers are edible and traditional in Southeast Asia, where they are also used as a natural food coloring. The flowers have flavonoids and anthocyanins, with antioxidant and hepatoprotective activity.
